Terms of Use

RETURN POLICY
With all purchases, Locus includes a limited warranty, return, or replacement options. If we find an issue with quality or production on our end, we will happily replace the product sold. Items must be returned within 3 business days of receiving the defective product. Additional shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. Locus reserves the right to deny returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • When damages are due to buyer's negligence, improper use, or abuse.
  • If returning an item 5 days after receiving it.
  • Colour deviations. Due to varying sources in different environments and personal judgement of colour.
  • Returns due to weather, strikes, transport delays, disasters, or accidents as a result of delivery errors.
  • There are no returns on clearance items.
  • No returns will be made if the customer changes their mind on their original size, and colour choices after production.

If you wish to return a product because of an issue with quality, please contact our customer service team within three days after delivery of goods and products. Return is under the discretion of Locus Displays customer service. Email customer service at: support@locusdisplays.com

  • Order details and information
  • Quality problem, order issue, reference images, or other reason for return.

REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify Locus Displays within 3 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product failing which Customer is deemed satisfied with the product. Where replacement is appropriate, Customer must first return 100% of the received product within 15 days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. LocusPrint is not responsible for shipping charges associated to product(s) return or exchange, or shipping charges that come with re-ordering product(s).

WARRANTY
All of our displays are covered under 1-year warranty to be free from defects in hardware material and workmanship if properly used under normal conditions. Under this warranty, we are limited to correcting or replacing, at our discretion, any hardware or parts that shall be returned to us at the shipping expense of the customer. This warranty shall not apply to any products that must be replaced because of normal wear, that has been subject to misuse, negligence, improper installation or accident, or that have been altered by someone other than Locus Displays.

Deliveries are well-packed to avoid any damage during transportation. Locus Displays accepts no liability for any damage to goods in transit unless notified to the company and the carrier concerned within twenty-four hours after delivery. Locus Displays' liability for damage in transit or non-delivery of goods duly notified to it in accordance with the above, shall, in any event, be limited solely to replacement of the goods within a reasonable time.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please note that all production and shipping turnaround times are estimates. While Locus Displays will use reasonable efforts to prevent delay of production schedules, in no case shall Locus Displays be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, the technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation. Shipping rates for high quantity products depend on the customer's access to a shipping dock and forklift, otherwise, additional charges may apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping/delivery charges, custom clearance fees, duties and taxes for the initial order and subsequent orders.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Locus Displays is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Locus Displays is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.

COLOR PROOFING AND MATCHING
Locus Displays is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density. While Locus Displays will try its best to match the gradient density of each color, Locus Displays is not liable for the final appearance of a color.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Locus Displays does not record, keep, or hold any credit card information on our servers, Paypal is responsible for that. Locus Displays only record and hold information on jobs ordered: docket number, qty, paper type finishing, file, and shipping info.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Locus Displays or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Locus Displays has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Locus Displays or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Locus Displays be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
